Robert J. Sykes, Jr was diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia in December 2003 at the age of 47. This rare form of Dementia is a brain disease that slowly erodes cognitive abilities and causes personality changes. He endured the disease for more than three years before succumbing on April 7, 2006. This story will provide support and inspiration to others who are coping with dementia and other irreversible illnesses.

Philadelphia Soul Game
5/18/2008 - Thanks to everyone who attended last night's Soul game (or another game throughout the season)! A great time was had by all, and the Soul won the game! We've sold 69 tickets and have raised over $600 between ticket sales and additional donations, which will be donated to the Association for Frontotemporal Dementia's Drug Discovery Program.
