Robert J. Sykes, Jr was diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia in December 2003 at the age of 47. This rare form of Dementia is a brain disease that slowly erodes cognitive abilities and causes personality changes. He endured the disease for more than three years before succumbing on April 7, 2006. This story will provide support and inspiration to others who are coping with dementia and other irreversible illnesses.

12/1/2009 - Thanks to everyone who supported our team in this year's Memory Walk! Our team raised a total of $2310. We appreciate each of our walkers and everyone who so generously donated. In a time when many families are facing financial burdens and economic challenges, we are truly humbled and overwhelmed by your dedication and support.
